The process starts with your ideas. I work with you to develop concept designs that respond to your site, your style and the way you want to live. Your dream homes meets the planning stage - so you can clearly see the direction of your new home before we move into detailed plans.
House Plans & Detailed Drawings
Once you’re happy with the concept, I develop the house plans and detailed drawings needed to move your project forward. Using modern CAD tools and coordinating with other consultants where required, I translate your ideas into clear, buildable documentation your builder and council can work from.
Getting Resource Consent
Dealing with consent requirements can feel daunting. I help with the documentation and coordination needed for building and resource consent. The aim is to make the path from design to construction as straightforward as possible for you.
