It was an awesome experience being involved in the relocation and restoration of three magnificant old villas from ‘red zoned’ land in Christchurch to the Gibbston Valley.
This architecturally designed cottage was a more recent addition adjacent to the main villa. The cottage is mostly used as an Airbnb and guest accommodation. It features an open plan living area looking out over the Gibbston Valley and Nevis Bluff with a mezzanine bedroom.
